THE MMM 5-DAY HEALTHY HABITS RESET CHALLENGE

Introduction This 5-Day Reset is your invitation to pause, refocus, and rebuild the habits that bring energy, peace, and confidence. Each day blends mind renewal, body care, and spiritual reflection, helping you realign your lifestyle with purpose — one simple step at a time.

Day 1 — Clear Your Space, Clear Your Mind Focus: Declutter & Reset

Mind: Write down three things that have been weighing you down. Pray or reflect, then release them, physically throw away a piece of paper to symbolize your new start. Body: Drink at least 2L of water today. Water is life, start flushing out what no longer serves you.

Spirit: Read Psalm 51:10 — “Create in me a clean heart, O God.” Ask for a fresh heart and renewed focus.

Affirmation: “I release the old and make room for peace, clarity, and renewal.”

Day 2 — Nourish to Flourish

Focus: Eat with Intention

Mind: Before eating, pause for 5 seconds to breathe and thank God for your food. This trains gratitude and mindfulness.

Body: Choose whole, living foods today, fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds, and water-based meals.

Spirit: Read 1 Corinthians 10:31 — “Whether you eat or drink, do all to the glory of God.”

Affirmation: “I honour my body as a temple and choose foods that give me life.”

Day 3 — Move with Purpose Focus: Strength & Flow

Mind: Write down one limiting belief about your body or energy and replace it with a truth (e.g., “I am strong and capable”).

Body: Move for at least 20 minutes today, walk, stretch or do gentle exercise. Feel your body awaken.

Spirit: Read Isaiah 40:31 — “Those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength.” Affirmation: “I am strong, active, and alive with God’s energy flowing through me.”

Day 4 — Feed Your Mind with Light Focus: Mind Renewal Mind: Limit distractions, no social media or gossip for the first two hours of your day. Fill your mind with truth, inspiration, or Scripture.

Body: Start your day with a warm drink (lemon water or herbal tea) and a nourishing breakfast.

Spirit: Read Romans 12:2 — “Be transformed by the renewing of your mind.”

Affirmation: “I choose thoughts that uplift, words that heal, and actions that align with my purpose.”

🔥 Day 5 — Rise & Shine Focus: Alignment & Commitment

Mind: Reflect on the week, what changed in your energy, focus, or emotions?

Body: End with movement, tretch, breathe deeply, and thank your body for carrying you through.

Spirit: Read Philippians 1:6 — “He who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion.”

Affirmation: “I am becoming stronger, wiser, and more consistent each day.

My reset has only just begun.”
